At Linktolayer, all products are custom-made based on the customer’s selected design, size, material, and specifications.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and printing has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, we will offer a replacement or exchange.

To request a replacement:

 

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Our team will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

​

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before the printing process has started. Once production begins, changes or cancellations will not be possible.

Important Note

​

Slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
