By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview

 

Linktolayer provides custom 3D printing services based on designs submitted by customers via links or files. All products are made-to-order according to the customer’s specifications.

2. Ordering Process

 

  • Customers submit a design link or file through the website.

  • Our team contacts the customer via WhatsApp to finalize size, material, color, and other specifications.

  • A final price is provided after confirming all details.

  • Orders are only confirmed after full payment is received.

3. Payments

 

  • Full payment must be made in advance before printing begins.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). 

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, Razorpay, and bank transfer.

4. Pricing

 

  • Pricing is based on material, weight, size, and complexity of the design.

  • Base pricing may be displayed on the website, but final pricing is confirmed after review.

  • A 5% GST is applied to all orders.

5. Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders can be cancelled before the printing process begins.

  • Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Production & Delivery Time

 

  • Standard production time: 2–5 days.

  • Special materials may take 10–15 days including procurement.

  • Shipping time: 2–3 days across India

7. Product Variations

 

Due to the nature of 3D printing:​

  • Minor variations in color, finish, and texture may occur.

  • These are not considered defects.

8. Customer Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for:​

  • Ensuring the design they submit is appropriate and legal to reproduce.

  • Providing accurate specifications during order confirmation.

9. Liability

Linktolayer is not liable for:​

​

  • Issues arising from design flaws in customer-provided files

  • Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

10. Contact

All communication and order confirmations are handled via WhatsApp. Customers must provide a valid mobile number for order processing.

We reserve the right to refuse printing of designs that violate intellectuall property rights
